Terms & Conditions of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026. These terms govern your integration with Softelv AI APIs and services operated by Softelv LLC.
1. Agreement & Operating Entity
By generating an API key or routing traffic through softelv.ai, you agree to these terms with SOFTELV LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (UBI 606 260 346, Washington State, USA), led by Founder & Chairman Ahmad Montaser Mohammad Al-Amoudi.
2. Intellectual Property & Complete Output Ownership
Customer Ownership: You retain full, exclusive intellectual property ownership of all input prompts, files, code, and resulting model completions received from the API. Softelv LLC claims zero copyright or rights to your generated content.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Softelv AI for:
- Developing malware, conducting automated cybersecurity intrusions, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Attempting to bypass quota allocations, rate limits, or reverse engineer backend gateway protections.
- Generating content intended to promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
4. Service Availability & Enterprise SLA
We maintain an operational goal of 99.9% uptime. For customers on the Enterprise tier, service level agreements with formal uptime commitments and financial credits apply as defined in enterprise contracts.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Legal inquiries and contract questions can be directed to ai@softelv.com.
