The legal entity operating softelv.ai and responsible for data processing is SOFTELV LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, registered in the State of Washington, USA (Unified Business Identifier: UBI 606 260 346), under Founder & Chairman Ahmad Montaser Mohammad Al-Amoudi.
2. Zero-Training Guarantee
We strictly do not use any customer prompts, completions, code snippets, visual attachments, or API payload data to train, retrain, or evaluate foundation or third-party AI models.
Requests are processed transiently in volatile cloud memory solely for delivering real-time responses and are purged immediately after execution.
3. Information We Collect
- Account Details: Email address, developer username, and billing credentials when subscribed to commercial tiers.
- Operational Telemetry: Token usage, model identifiers, execution latency, and HTTP status codes for quota calculation and fraud detection.
- Access Logs: IP addresses and authentication timestamps for perimeter security and key protection.
4. Security & Encryption Standards
All communication with Softelv AI endpoints is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 cipher suites. API keys are salted and stored in fortified keystores with least-privilege internal access restrictions.
